Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Clinical/ Counseling Psychology from any reputed University.
∎ Training (formal and informal) in counseling and psychology is strongly preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing Mental Health and Psycho-Social Support (MHPSS) in a participatory manner.
∎ Providing the individual counselling to clients on a one-to-one or group basis.
∎ Knowledge of and experience in various psychological interventions.
∎ Organize the initial assessment with victims to assess the situation
∎ Refer victims to the appropriate medical services if necessary
∎ Conduct MH assessment to complicated mental disorder to IPD and OPD patients
∎ Provide MPHSS care through counselling
∎ Psychosocial risk assessment and recommendation of mitigating measures

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The Applicant should have Min. 02 years working experience in the following area: Recognized Hospital/Clinic specially work experience in Special Baby Care Centre.
∎ Highly energetic and ambitious candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Knowledge of counselling and psychosocial support is essential.
∎ Ability to remain flexible, and to maintain good spirits in challenging and stressful situations.
