Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.

Job Context:
∎ Vacancy for Clinical Occupational Therapist NeuroGen is the first precision medicine clinic for neurodevelopmental and genetic disorders in Bangladesh. NeuroGen operates two major healthcare centres, Genetic and Genomic Medicine Centre (GGMC) and Child Precision NeuroHealth Centre (CPNC).
∎ Job Location: West Panthopath, Dhaka.
∎ Job Nature: Full time. Time (11am-8pm).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess, implement and revise treatment plan according to child's need
∎ Collaborate with other MDT professionals (Pediatrician, Child Neurologist, Genomic Scientist, Speech Therapist, and Psychologist) to improve the effectiveness of service delivered
∎ Provide support and advice to the child's parents about every angle of their care that has to do with the occupational therapy needs of the child
∎ Attend meetings and doing presentations when needed to provide specialist advice as regards the functional needs of the child
∎ Report any defects or difficulties to the higher authority
∎ Vigilant at all times to ensure and maintain a safe environment for the child
∎ Plans further treatment and review the child's general progress
∎ Assess the child for adaptations and use of specialist equipment when necessary
∎ Work within the policy that has to do with child protection procedures and training requirements
∎ Identify areas of improvement in the entire procedure and help in managing adaptive changes in ways through which services are rendered to the child.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged.
∎ Must have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
∎ Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
∎ Work seamlessly in a team collaborating with other Occupational Therapists and ensuring knowledge transfer.
∎ Self-motivated and hard working.
