Job Context:
∎ Organization: Saleha Khanam Nibedita (SKN) Maternal and Child Health Clinic, Concerned Women for Family Development (CWFD)
∎ Concerned Women for Family Development (CWFD) emerged from an emotional response in 1974 to help women in need of reproductive health care and counseling. Then in 1975 it was registered with Directorate of Social Welfare an formally launched its activities in 1976. Since then, CWFD has implement various projects with support from different development partners in many areas. CWFD`s vision is to empower women of Bangladesh to achieve better status within family and society. Our mission is to support promote and protect interest of women in Bangladesh by providing community-based health care, empower under privileged adolescent and youth, helping to provide legal support to girls and women- who are victims of domestic violence and develop human resources for positive social changes .
∎ The inception of Saleha Khanam Nibedita (SKN) Maternal and Child Health Clinic took place in January 2023, having previously been known as "Nibedita Clinic," established in 2004. Operating as an outdoor-based facility, the clinic is situated in a residential area that lacked sufficient services for the underprivileged population. CWFD manages the operations of Saleha Khanam Nibedita (SKN) Maternal and Child Health Clinic.
∎ Reportable to: Deputy Executive Director/Executive Director of CWFD

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily clinic operations and staff duties.
∎ Keep medical professionals informed about community health service needs.
∎ Initiate necessary communication and liaison with government departments and stakeholders.
∎ Manage clinic budget, billing system, inventory, stock, and supplies.
∎ Maintain and repair clinical equipment.
∎ Perform hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
∎ Ensure the regular delivery of quality services at the clinic.
∎ Develop marketing strategies for clinical services.
∎ Organize periodic community campaigns for clinical sites.
∎ Demonstrate competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems.
∎ Undertake any other duties assigned by CWFD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age: Maximum 40 years (may be relaxed for exceptional candidates up to 45 years).
∎ Good facilitation, communication, networking, and team-building skills.
∎ Proficient in writing reports in English and Bangla.
∎ Experience in extensive field visits.
∎ Experience in motorcycle riding with a valid driving license is an advantage.

Salary:
∎ Selected candidates will be offered Tk. 30,000/- with other benefits as per organization policy and project budget.
