Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the medical center, providing excellent patient care, and managing all aspects of operations.
∎ Strong knowledge in field of healthcare and diagnostics
∎ Supervise the center staff, such as nurses, medical assistants, marketing team and administrative personnel.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
∎ Ensure the center operates in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinic documentation.
∎ Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure seamless patient care and collaboration on healthcare initiatives.
∎ Ensure all financial invoices, records and receipts are properly preserved both in hard and soft copies.
∎ Ready to perform any job given by the Management at any time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the field of Health care/ Clinic/Hospital business will be given preference.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill, analytical skills, self- organizing capacity.
∎ Should be able to communicate with different clients and vendors as per needed.
∎ Should have excellent fluency in English.
