Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective and smooth coordination between the consultant and the outpatient services.
∎ Greet, guide all patients with appropriate manners & curtsey and arrange pre-consultation requirements as necessary for consultation, investigation, medication, report advice & follow-up visit.
∎ Update patient all info to Consultant each time.
∎ Manage OPD counter for all necessary as it comes for patient and Consultant.
∎ Provide information on related consultant’s profiles, visiting hours, and tariffs and assist patients in terms of preparation for investigation, procedure, surgery, admission etc.
∎ Promote SFMMKPJSH & NC services by providing marketing communication materials to customers.
∎ Updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs and persuade patients’ politely to avail themselves of diagnostics and medication facilities from SFMMKPJSH &NC.
∎ Any assigned task from management
