Job Context:
∎ A Medical Tourism Company is looking for young, dynamic and energetic person, responsible for interacting with Clients to provide Referral Services for Medical Support for a World Class Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.
∎ Job Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering phone calls and E-mail inquiries in a professional & timely manner.
∎ To assist clients/patients and clinics, referring doctors with medical billing queries.
∎ Assisting clients/patients regarding medical visa-related queries, and accommodation facilities if traveling abroad are required.
∎ To resolve patient insurance claims or questions related to medical care and benefits information.
∎ Creating liaison between clients/patients & in-house doctors.
∎ Maintaining necessary medical records of patients for further processing.
∎ Creating a superior patient experience.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Making Monthly Report.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Client service at any Medical agency/Visa consultancy firm.
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparence, proactive stance and positive style;
∎ Computer skills in Windows operating system, MS Office suite and E-mail.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
