Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding to them in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Follow-up leads until the lead is converted into the customer.
∎ Receiving customer inquiries over the phone and through social media following the instructions.
∎ Keeping accurate records of customer information in the provided CRM software.
∎ Handle client complaints and offer appropriate solutions to establish long-term customer relationships.
∎ Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated personnel via the internal system for further investigation.
∎ Maintaining a courteous approach, ensuring the customer has a positive experience.
∎ Help to make marketing materials.
∎ Other related tasks are delegated by management.
