Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ Must be willing to work at night shift (USA timetable)
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline
∎ English Medium Background is preferable
∎ Anyone with international call center job experience (over one year) will get a preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good communication with the offshore/USA clients & field reps.
∎ Receive, assign & keep track of the jobs/ work orders
∎ Turnover work order within a given time period
∎ Good negotiation skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be extrovert, jolly-minded & self-motivated
∎ Anyone who has studied/worked overseas will get a preference
∎ Anyone with international call center job experience (over one year) will get a preference
∎ Good computer knowledge with 40 wpm typing speed

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Two (2) Festival Bonus Target/ Performance Bonus - Monthly Performance review & yearly increment
