Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain client relationship primarily by telephone.
∎ Ensure proactive relationship building/customer contact plans and pipeline management for both existing and new customers.
∎ Collect payment from customers as per company policy.
∎ To prepare list of critical files in terms of poor collection or higher overdue.
∎ To be responsible for regular receivable follow-up.
∎ To be responsible for regular receivable follow-up.
∎ Track Clients and help initiate the surveillance assignments.
∎ To provide motivation to the critical customer for overdue collection and if possible make the collection by providing money receipt.
∎ To submit weekly and monthly collection status to reporting head.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Bachelors in marketing from any recognized and well-reputed university.
∎ Hard working, adaptable person with ability to work independently and proactively.
∎ Proactive approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to multitask.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
