∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Management, Client Relationship Management, COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing introductory information to new customers.
∎ Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding to them in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Maintaining a courteous approach, ensuring the customer has a positive experience.
∎ Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases.
∎ Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
∎ Escalating queries and concerns.
∎ Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
∎ Overseeing the customer service process.
∎ Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
∎ Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
∎ Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the superior.
∎ Possessing excellent service knowledge to enhance customer support.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
∎ Typing speed and well internet knowledge are required.
∎ Should have the ability to handle any type of pressure and situation.
∎ Keeping accurate records of customer information in the provided CRM software.
∎ Handle client complaints and offer appropriate solutions to establish long-term customer relationships.
∎ Report complicated issues to the superior regularly.
∎ Other related tasks are delegated by management.
