Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3years in telemarketing, customer service, or lead management. (Relevant fields are preferable)
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to handle client objections and build trust over calls.
∎ Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
∎ Strong coordination & follow-up skills.
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential clients.
∎ Receive inbound calls from interested clients and provide necessary information.
∎ Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and forward them to the sales team.
∎ Maintain and update all client interactions in HubSpot CRM.
∎ Coordination and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring follow-ups and
∎ engagement.
∎ Build strong relationships with clients through professional and friendly communication.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve client conversion rates.
∎ Keep records of all interactions, inquiries, and customer feedback.
