Responsibilities & Context: 1.Keep the environment of the complex clean. 2.Cleaning different segments of common space as per roster periocally. 3.Using cleaning materials judiciously and economically as and when required. 4.Checking and verification after cleaning. 5.Remaining clean themselves and create a cleanly atmosphere for all to follow. 6.Taking special care about washrooms in common space. 7.Cleaning the lift and the stairway. 8.Assist electromechanical theam in cleaning their equipment. 9.Assist allottees in urgent internal cleaning disasters under the Manager`s permission
