∎ Skills Required: Good command over MS Office Package, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Auto Cad, Excellent communication skill, Time Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advanced technical knowledge in civil or structural engineering., Civil 3D, Civil Construction, Civil work, Sound knowledge on Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, large-scale water treatment construction project in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
∎ Ensure manpower and resources are adequate with Sub-Contractor.
∎ Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
∎ Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
∎ Monitoring performance of sub-contractors.
∎ Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.
∎ Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.
∎ Ensure all work is completed to Programme.
∎ Fulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.
∎ Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding day to day site activities and appraise any shortfall.
∎ Control and monitor site waste with Sub-contractor in accordance with the Company's Site Waste Minimization and Management policy.
∎ Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the Company's Policy and in compliance with OHSAS 18001 management system.
∎ Maintain positive relations with clients, design teams and neighbours.
∎ Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
∎ Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with Company policies.
∎ Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of own activity related to projects to enable traceability
∎ The above list is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of this role.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in supervising the construction of Water retaining structure.
∎ Minimum of 8-10 years' experience Specifically in water or wastewater treatment plants.
