Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Construction site, Inspection Consultation & Structural Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Drawing, Detailing, Project Estimate and costing, BOQ, Production Drawing etc.
∎ Prepare design report and project documents
∎ The candidate should have a clear concept/idea/experience in structural and construction work.
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the site.
∎ Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good expertise level on different types of software application (STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, Etabs) and also design report making.
∎
