Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and planning:- capable to Develop structural design, Architectural design, and feasibility studies.
∎ Construction support: Quality Control and BOQ preparation, Site Supervision, maintain BNBC standard, ISO standard and others international standards.
∎ Advise on proper land use with environmental regulations.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and safety regulations.
∎ Provide value engineering solutions to reduce costs or improve performance.
∎ Monitor construction activities for compliance with design specifications.
∎ Provide on-site technical support and resolve engineering issues.
∎ Conduct or supervise quality control checks and material testing.
∎ Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
∎ Advise on cost-saving measures without compromising safety or quality.
∎ Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
∎ Coordinate among multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, surveyors and company representative.
∎ Provide regular updates and technical reports to Honorable CEO Sir.
