∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Computer skill, Good communication skills, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ability to read drawings, to communicate with the client, consultant and sub-contractor on drawing and construction management or technical issues.
∎ Ensure that all work on site is carried out in accordance with design drawings and construction specifications.
∎ Ability to identify problems in drawings and site works.
∎ Ensure fulfillment of construction methodology strictly to guarantee construction quality.
∎ Maintain all the relevant inspection documents updated in time during construction.
∎ Monitor the construction sequence and key points of each process.
∎ Skillful with BNBC and related design and construction specification.
∎ Capable of monitoring construction progress.
∎ Must have excellent English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
∎ Skillful in office software.
∎ Capable of managing the construction site independently, to ensure civilized construction and safety.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
∎ Good at communication, cheerful and optimistic, strong sense of team work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in working building construction.
∎ At least five year related work experience of civil construction.
∎ Excellent site control and coordination skills with subcontractors, client and the Consultant:
∎ Knowledgeable to Supervise and manage site safety, quality and progress.
∎ To identify construction problem and issues.
∎ To Raise comments and supervise the modification.
