Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Designing, AutoCAD, B.sc in civil engineering, Building Construction, building design, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Graphics Designing, Real Estate Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQ as per design.
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Control project cost by strong & effective monitoring.
∎ Modification of fittings fixtures and apartment layout as per requirements of company and clients.
∎ Ensure compliance of all rules of Govt. Agencies, other local agencies during construction.
∎ Preparation and completion of site work as per working schedule, budget and approval.
∎ Handling sub-contractors, labors and other local authority during construction.
∎ Material wastage controlling, monitoring and supervision
∎ tendering knowledge.
∎ To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, to make Estimate, Quotation, Bill, Invoice, Work Order/Purchase order related to assigned project.
∎ Ensure and maintain project work schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings with respective consultants.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
∎ To undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge in construction work and construction management.
∎ The applicant should have excellent experience in residential apartment building construction areas.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Designing, Drafting, Project Management and Auto CAD (3D).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: real estate, architecture and interior design firms.
∎ Good Communication Skill ( English and Bangla).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communications skill with proactive attitude and problem solving aptitude.* Should have Positive attitude & devoted to hard work.
∎ Dynamic, Proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
∎ Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively.
