∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site. Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
∎ Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
∎ Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
∎ Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
∎ Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.
∎ Resolving design and development problems.
∎ Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.

∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, Planning, Project Management, Structural Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
