∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ ***Site presently at Faridpur district at Charbhadrason Upazila.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ Estimate Civil BOQ
∎ Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
∎ Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
∎ Allocate work to subcontractors;
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverable, of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Administer Project activities.
