Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil engineering (Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil will get preference)
∎ Governments University will be the first preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for and bid on new projects.
∎ Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief."
∎ Supervise work progress, Visiting Working site time to time and Monitoring working updates and informing the concerns.
∎ Work closely with designers, Site engineers, architects and constructors.
∎ Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
∎ Expertise in making Quotation, Bill, Voucher, Cost estimation about Project and Computer knowledge is must (Excel and MS word).
∎ Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project.
∎ Ready to do hard works.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Minimum 5 years' job experience in related field like Structural Designer Firm which is directly Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, HSPD Machine Company experienced will be added advantage.
∎ Proven working experience.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD or other design programs.
∎ Excellent portfolio of previous works.
∎ Project Management skill.
∎ Creative talent, honest, disciplined, dynamic and energetic
∎ Must have Communication and presentation skills
∎ Project management skills
∎ Able to work in under pressure & self-motivated.
∎ Candidate should have adequate proficiency in English.
