Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compulsory sufficient knowledge about Land Development works.
∎ Coordinating with Local authority like City corporation, Municipality, Union parishad Etc.
∎ Coordinating with supplier, In charge, HOD, Managerial body during project time.
∎ Basic Construction Supervision experience on both RCC & Steel Structures work.
∎ Coordinating between construction sites of the company for quality control.
∎ Material testing and verification of regular construction materials.
∎ Quality checking of Construction works on both RCC & Steel Structure.
∎ Collaboration with supply chain management.
∎ Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the impact and goal of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge Design understanding & experience in regulating sites and supervising projects until the hand overing.
∎ Highly Organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel.
∎ Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
∎ Skilled Required: AutoCAD 2D, MS Office, Good Computer Knowledge.
