∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Roads & Bridges Construction & E-gp Tendering

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to Design, Estimate and Prepare Essentially Civil Work like Construction Works, Building, Roads and Other Related Civil Works.
∎ Have good knowledge on E-Gp Tendering process including overall tender preparation & Tender Submission
∎ Able to work independently and supervise the Under-control Engineers and Workers.
∎ Able to Ensure the Quality of Work.
∎ Able to Prepare the Stock Reports, Requisition Report, Site Audit Report and Other Necessary Reports from site team & present before management team .
∎ Able to Organize the Field Forces and Ensure the Best Performance and profitability.
∎ Able to force the necessary Work to be done on a Particular Time Line and Season.
∎ Able to prepare the Gant Chart and road map of any particular Civil Works and make sure the Execution of it.
∎ Manage & Control Site Cost & Prepare Weekly Cost Report for presentation
∎ Workplace: Work at office & Site
