∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and direct construction and maintenance activities at project and factory site on a day to day basis.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, labor to determine project feasibility for civil part.
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications, structural repairs to civil or maintenance contractors/vendors.
∎ Compute and verify load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 years' of experience whereas at least 3 years in similar role.
∎ Extensive knowledge on MEP maintenance, construction management, materials and equipment.
∎ Ability to work with Electrical, Mechanical Engineering department in new & operational projects.
