Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
∎ Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management in construction.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in retrofitting or high-rise construction is a plus.
∎ PMP certification is an advantage.

∎ Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
∎ Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
∎ Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
∎ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
∎ Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
∎ Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety standards
