Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, construction project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain overall project delivery plan, including the cost, schedule, quality and performance baseline.
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ Identify required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
∎ Establish and maintain communication protocols across the project, including from internal departments and other stakeholders.
∎ Manage the bid and evaluation or required project consultants and contractors, including coordinating required management approvals.
∎ Coordinate authority, third party and stakeholder interfaces such as Project Approvals.
∎ Communicate and report internally on project status, including weekly and monthly project dashboards.
∎ Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
∎ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
∎ Ensure all health and safety standards and report issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years experience in any reputed construction or engineering company.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the area of Civil Construction, Construction Cost Estimation, and Project Management.
∎ A team player with leadership abilities, excellent organizational and time management skill
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office, Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
