∎ Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Civil Engineers responsibility goes to A to Z scheduling, planning, procurement, labor management, billing, client handling etc. Require to look after more than one site at a time. And construction project site management related to Civil, Interior and Electrical.
∎ Excellent skill in MS Excel and MS Word is a must, very good in English and Bangla typing and well Capacity to Marketing with client.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Workplace: Work at office and Project Both Place as needed.
∎ Construction Project Management: Site Management, client and related human resources Management.
∎ Physical and mental strength to visit clients and sites.
∎ Supervise construction works of buildings.
∎ Ensure completion of assigned scope of civil work within the targeted cost and time.
∎ Implementation of civil work at site as per project schedule and submit progress report periodically.
∎ Keep regular measurement data of works in specified format.
∎ Ensure quality & quantity of materials delivered at site.
∎ Implement and manage the quality plan.
∎ Standard quality control procedures to be performed.
∎ Ensure material purchase match according to the contract specification
∎ Development of Inspection & Test Plans in conjunction with Project Manager
∎ Monitoring quality of materials & quality of works as per drawings
∎ Ensuring timely completion construction works of project
∎ Ensuring sufficient Material stocks at the site
∎ Materials estimating & measuring the quality of materials
∎ Issuing daily/weekly material requirement in conjunction with Project Manager
∎ Receiving the required material from the storekeeper & ensuring proper recording with the store
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) (As per company policy).
∎ As per company rules.
