Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC in Civil Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & look after the construction Of the ongoing construction Of the Rice Mill along with the other Projects (Residential & Commercial) of the Company at Pabna.
∎ Monitoring the Projects progress and taking Action Plan depending upon the needs.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with the teams of ongoing Projects for proper coordination & cooperation and improvement of efficiency of works.
∎ Improving Workmanship, Quality of each item of Works.
∎ Provide Safety Guideline to all the workers.
∎ Supervise and Monitor Structural, Masonry and Finishing work to ensure the Quality of Construction.
∎ Ensuring overall Quality Control in the Projects as per the Standard set by Management.
∎ Maintain Liaison with officers, consultancy offices and/or any Sub-Contractors & Supervisor.
∎ Ensure all Logistic support i.e. Material including in-house supplies, Drawings, Designs detailing are available at sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 or more years of Working Experience in Real Estate/ Industrial Construction.
∎ Working experience to manage Projects.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
∎ Good Knowledge in MS Office Package.
