Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in High rise Building.
∎ Responsible for overall construction Management and supervision of the projects.
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverables, of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Review the work progress on a daily & weekly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skills
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ MS Project, Auto Cad & Excel would be beneficial.
∎ Should be Hardworking and Self motivated.
