Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for field supervising our ongoing building & other civil construction works in line with the approved drawing, design , Structural & architectural layout, plumbing works as per company instruction.
∎ Capable to handle labor works and monitor and supervise the related parts of the project work as per company policy.
∎ Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling & coordinating.
∎ Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
∎ Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
∎ Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions.
∎ Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups.
∎ Vast knowledge on finishing works, work sequence and checklist maintaining.
∎ Materials in and out report maintenance with costing.
∎ Follow up details work programs & contractor's manpower.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Can do attitude or positive mentality to other task assigned by management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ CAD and AutoCAD proficiency
∎ Design skills
