Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in moderately-sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact.
∎ Controls overall project cost and scope, schedule, and quality of work.
∎ Provide detailed design (BoQ, drawings & documents) statement of work.
∎ Structural design and review of all kind RCC and steel structure.
∎ Preparing of Audit related Detail Drawing, Project Planning, and Monitoring on Implementation to Project.
∎ Structural analysis of RCC and Steel Structure associated with residential and industrial buildings.
∎ Prepare and check construction materials supplies on time.
∎ Check physical measurement and bill of construction materials.
∎ Check the rod placing and shuttering work before commence any concreting work if necessary.
∎ Design analysis of safe and economic infrastructure.
