∎ B.S.c in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for Paradise Electric & Electronics Industries Ltd. factory construction project. The candidate job location will be Sreepur, Gazipur.
∎ This is an urgent recruitment and the candidate who can join within short notice period will get added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute effective plan, implementing & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Prepare preliminary estimates; take approval from Top Management and procurements of materials for sites.
∎ Project planning, BOQ, costing, estimating & bill checking, supervise & monitoring the project for professional feedback.
∎ Place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Oversee the Construction work of assigned Project (s) in day to day basis.
∎ Follow-up the Construction schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
∎ Check the bills of qualities submitted by the contractors. Certifying Project Material Requisitions, all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
∎ Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ To arrange all quality controlling process are maintained properly.
∎ Evaluating project staffs and contractors from time to time and inform Top Management about them.
∎ Any other job as & when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in building heavy industrial or commercial project
∎ Experienced in working with consultants, contractors.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Must have sound skills in English writing
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD and related software

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per as company policy.
