∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Auto CAD, 3D Max

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for A Civil Engineer - Operation Department
∎ Sirajganj Economic Zone Limited (SEZL) is the largest private economic zone in Bangladesh. BEZA issued the final license to SEZL for the purpose of establishment, development, operation, maintenance and promotion of Sirajganj Economic Zone on 1041.43 acres of land in Sirajganj district with a view to encouraging rapid economic development through increase and diversification of industry, employment, production and export`. Our development works is going on in full swing. We are looking for suitable person in the following positions:
∎ Job Location : Project Site in Sirajganj but frequent visit to Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs construction projects of the organization by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other related topographical and geological data
∎ Prepare cost estimate, material estimate, BOQ and tender schedule for selecting contractors
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Direct construction, operations, supervision and maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Ensure quality and proper measurement of materials on delivery at the project site.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of construction materials available in the site without any wastage
∎ Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel
∎ Proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, Design, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual, Legal Compliance, Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant / client and attending Technical meetings with Sales/Marketing and clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule
∎ The applicants should have experience on some completed project
∎ Experienced in Road construction/Commercial/Residential/Industrial constructions work
∎ Vast Knowledge about Structure, Construction, Finishing work and Project Management
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ Valid Membership in IDEB/IEB & RAJUK Enlisting (if any)

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly) equivalent to gross salary.
∎ Accommodation facilities will be available.
∎ No Other facilities will be given.
