Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the projects and support smooth operation and timely compilation of the project.
∎ Directly supervise the project and manage contractors and laborers.
∎ Arranging construction materials and ensuring that sites are safe and clean.
∎ Prepare Measurement sheet, Estimate and BOQ as per standard format and ensure suitable materials and equipment.
∎ Provide technical advice for efficient work on specific projects.
∎ If necessary, diagnose the problems of the machinery in the construction and take measures to solve the problem.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best deals.
∎ Identify the required materials source and good quality materials as per required specifications.
∎ Negotiate with supplier & vendor and collect the materials price by ensuring the best deal.
∎ Prepared tender documents as per prescribe form and guidance of company representative.
∎ Work according to technical drawing and engineering plan
∎ Schedule work and keep the engineering team and clients informed of any changes.
∎ Collect information, compile reports and present them to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Explain the work on the site and make arrangements for the necessary repercussions.
∎ Completing work quality assurance and reporting regularly to superiors.
∎ Well confident, dedicated, target-oriented, dynamic and trusted Civil engineers are suitable for this position.
∎ Any other task assigned by the company senior management as per need basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Specially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Must have good knowledge on Measurement, Estimate, BOQ, Materials quantity as per national standard.
∎ Must have good knowledge for understanding of drawing.
