∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to Provide support to the project management for tracking project progress, monitoring & controlling and timely completion.
∎ Liaison and coordination with the designers, suppliers (If applicable), any appropriate individual, department in order to maintain the timeline of the projects.
∎ Checking drawings, calculations, technical descriptions, specifications and civil engineering works
∎ Preparation of work schedule.
∎ Measuring the actual quantity of civil works completed by the suppliers/vendors and determining the actual works completed.
∎ Site visit in order to ensure the progress and quality of project works and also to complete the projects within the schedule time.
∎ Responsible for prepareing and checking of bills and vouchers of various projects.
∎ Check the quality of works completed on a regular basis to ensure that it meets various standards.
∎ Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, illness, and injuries to management at the first available opportunity.
∎ Any other job as per management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Comprehensive knowledge in drawing development (2D in AutoCAD is must, proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.
