Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
∎ Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
∎ Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
∎ Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
∎ Supervision of the work as per the project schedule.
∎ Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
∎ Experienced in the building works in construction sector
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (Auto CAD Civil 2D, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
∎ Any other assign by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Comprehensive knowledge in Auto CAD, estimation, site experience, steel structure erection is must, proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.
