Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have B.Sc (Civil) degree from any reputed Engineering University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and monitoring all kinds of civil works,
∎ Expertise in audits part
∎ Expertise in documentation and email communication
∎ have to attend third party auditor
∎ should have compliance knowledge of building safety
∎ Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects
∎ Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English is must ,
∎ Knowledge on BNBC & other code on Industrial building
∎ Expert to handle the audits

Salary: Negotiable
