Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct site visits and surveys to evaluate the land and assess its suitability for construction projects.
∎ Develop detailed designs for civil structures such as buildings, highways, and water treatment systems using engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, etc.).
∎ Prepare technical specifications, reports, and drawings for construction projects.
∎ Calculate the expected cost of materials, labor, and other project components, and help
∎ Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
∎ Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship during construction.
∎ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
∎ Help develop and maintain construction schedules to ensure projects are completed on time
∎ Choose appropriate construction materials based on the project’s requirements, durability, and budget.
∎ Ensure that all designs and construction processes comply with local, state, and national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed records of project specifications.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Full Time (10 hours per day). 1 day off in a week.
∎ Employee will be given 1 months leave after each 3 years and deed must be for minimum 10 years.
∎ Must be active on mobile 24 hours. And if receive any messages from the company, must reply and resolve it quickly.
∎ If the company has any urgent work on Friday, then you must do it. No Overtime.
∎ Company will provide ACAMA and living place.
