∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize, supervise and monitor sub-ordinates and guide them to execute assigned works properly and timely manner
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
∎ Prepare all types of material estimation as required
∎ Should maintain effective coordination with seniors
∎ Follow up detailed work plan and execute them accordingly
∎ Ensure proper safety measures during construction works
∎ Study technical designs and drawings to execute works properly
∎ Prepare Materials Indent on regular basis as required
∎ Overseeing quality control system and materials supply system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill (written & verbal) in English
∎ Knowledge in Russian language will be added as advantage
∎ Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
∎ Ability to learn sophisticated design and costing
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
