Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, Auto CAD Designing, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the implementation of the projects and overall such as plan, drawing and specification analysis, survey and layout of the works, construction supervision of piling, materials procurement, quality control, bill preparation, official correspondence with the consultant and employer. Task includes regular supervision kinds of works of the respective project.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge in drawing development (2D and 3D in AutoCAD), proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills, ability to work with Electrical Engineers in overlapping sections.
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project.
∎ Responsible to complete Project work within the Schedule time.
∎ Have to submit weekly Progress Report of the Project to the Authority.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have a minimum 03Years of experience in the related field. Experience in big projects at field level will be given preference;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
