Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering in B.Sc. (Civil) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years working experience in the similar field.
∎ Sound knowledge in fair face building with finishing work.
∎ Have to prepare project reports for Management.
∎ Should be well experienced to work on Layout, Pilling, Soil test, Brick, RCC Estimate, Costing, Plastering, structural work etc.
∎ Responsible for preparing project construction report, preparing schedule to achieve target, ensure Material Transfer Order (MTO), Material Purchase Requisition (MPR) and other documents for the approval from concerned authority as per requirement.
∎ Should be experience in foundation plan, project safety and security.
∎ Knowledge on designing with Auto CAD (2D &3D) may add extra benefits.
∎ Ensure bill checking.
∎ Timely completion of project with highest quality construction work.
∎ Supervision of total activities of the structural work as per specification and drawing.
∎ Planning for proper progresses of the projects, monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans.
∎ Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
∎ Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule and maintenance of the specification.
∎ Any other activities required by the Management.
∎ Service apartments / Hotel building construction & finishing experience will be given privilege.
∎ Should be hard working
∎ Should have construction planning & budgeting knowledge.
∎ Should have up-to-date building product knowledge and experienced on supply chain management.
