Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): EGP Tendering Expert, Project bidding, Tender bidding, Tender Preparat

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate tender processing after getting tender document from respective Department.
∎ Understanding of all Local tenders and preparing a checklist.
∎ Understanding of e-GP Tender and find out qualification criteria for the respective Tender.
∎ Understanding of formation of JV in e-GP Tenders.
∎ Coordinating with finance team to issue Tender Security, Line of Credit.
∎ Mapping all documents for e-GP tender and submit in Online.
∎ Understanding of query in e-GP.
∎ Preparing soft copy of manual tenders as per tender submission guideline.
∎ Ensure that all Tenders are executed according to Tender Process and internal requirements.
∎ Collecting Work plan/BOQ/Technical Documents from Respective Department.
∎ Maintaining upcoming tender list.
∎ Preparing & Sharing Comparative Statements with management after tender opening report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in tenders, bidding process preferable in e-gp works
∎ Time-management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Effective written and verbal communications skills that can be used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
∎ Computer skills e.g. MS Office is essential specially in MS-Excel

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
