Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & execute construction of building & Road project including shore pile,
∎ E- GP Tender
∎ Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project & Material requisition and co-ordinate with procurement.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management & Ensure safety, security and cleanness.
∎ Supervise construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) for Project Manager.
∎ Through knowledge about the tender procedure of govt./semi govt. civil construction project.
∎ Must have knowledge for submission of civil construction tender through E-tendering method.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Building Construction, Bridge, Civil Engineering. Plumbing BOQ, Roads and Highways.
