∎ Diploma / B.Sc. in Civil Engineer .
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full time site supervision .
∎ Receiving materials at the site and check materials quality and quantity assurance during receiving.
∎ Ensure that all materials used with proper specifications.
∎ Checking plans , drawing quality of materials with accuracy and control materials waste on site.
∎ Communicate with architect , Engineer's regular meeting to keep them informed of progress of the work.
∎ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties on the site.
∎ Proper daily progress report.
∎ Labor bill checking's.
∎ Materials estimation , store maintenance etc .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ • 5 to 7 years experience in real estate sector.
∎ • Must be presentable and hardworking.
∎ • Smart , well groomed and well mannered
∎ • Able to handle multitasking activities confident and positive .
∎ • Good communication skills.
∎ General Computer Skills : MS Word , MS Excel , AutoCAD etc.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provisional period one year after successfully completion of the provisional period he may be permanent and salary may be revised.
∎ Two festival bonuses (50% of the total salary) will be applicable after completion of the period.
