∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of BOQ
∎ Supervise site Engineer and coordinate between Management and site Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Estimation & Costing of Modification works.
∎ Should have Strong knowledge regarding both structural & finishing stage of project
∎ Coordination with design department for effective implementation of projects
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards
∎ Monitoring and improving MRS (Material requisition system).• Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other landowners & clients so as to enhance team building spirit
∎ To look after customer & Land Owner quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.Educational Requirement:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering (Advantage)
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering (Must Have)
∎ Preferred Schools: [Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, North South University, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology ]students will get preference
