Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites
∎ Responsible for the proper construction management of several projects to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Supervision and monitoring the civil construction related works
∎ Preparation of weekly and monthly progress and materials report as per project.
∎ Provide regular progress reports to top management.
∎ Coordinate with other engineers/ structural supervisors.
∎ Coordinate the work of all responsible engineers working for the project.
∎ To ensure top supervision & project progress as per work schedule.
∎ Monitor and administer efficient working of construction process and monitor life cycle of full construction process, prepare all project controls and update as per requirement and document all process.
∎ Provide technical support to all management process.
∎ Prepare physical layout of all structures of the project.
∎ Prepare cost estimate, material estimate, BOQ and tender schedule for selecting contractors.
∎ Prepare and checking of contractors' bill and certify for payment.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 5-7 years' experience in reputed organizations.
∎ Must have idea of civil drawing, BOQ, Project cost estimate and project bar chart preparation.
∎ Sound knowledge of materials specification, methodology of construction item and the tools involved in the construction works.
∎ Must have the ability to lead a team of engineers, technicians and workers.
∎ Good analytical, problem solving and strategic planning presentation and negotiation skill.
∎ Must be a quick learner, dynamic, confident, optimistic, conscientious & obedient.
∎ Must have ability to operate Microsoft word, excel, Microsoft office project, Auto cad, & Power point.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
