∎ Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
∎ and submit daily progress reports, including work updates, resource utilization, and challenges faced.
∎ Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per design and specifications.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all site activities.
