Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering (BUET is preferable )
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, Planning, Project Management, Structural Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for High end residential construction projects.
∎ Will be responsible for infrastructure development for Land projects.
∎ Will be responsible for School building construction project.
∎ Liaison with architects.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Scheduling controlling and Reporting on project work progress to the higher authority.
∎ Prepare monthly or weekly work schedules and report.
∎ Supervise project/construction works
∎ Ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Ability to handle projects/construction sites individually
∎ Capability to prepare estimates as per drawings.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ (a) BOQ
∎ (b) Basement construction
∎ (c) High-quality finishing works
∎ (d) Developer
∎ (e) Real estate
∎ (f) Computer literacy is a must in relation to this job.
∎ (g) Must have knowledge for getting approval of various departments as per govt. rules. Able to prepare project layout plan, plot identification map, and relevant activities.
∎ (h) Must be observant and have a keen eye for details and finishing. Less than perfect is not acceptable.
∎ (I) Self-motivated and always looking for work. Opportunities to volunteer.
