Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for timely submission of tender for the civil construction project.
∎ Preparing all type of tender documents for participating in civil construction tender.
∎ Preparing BOQ/ estimate as per design and drawing/Preparing project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ Liaison/communication with the officials of the different organization for execution of assigned job.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists/quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ To find out the ways for cost minimization.
∎ To check timely progress of the project as per works procedure and construction schedule.
∎ Ensure the timely preparation of contractors/suppliers running and final bills.
∎ Budget preparation.
∎ Time to time progress meeting and reporting to management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Age may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in the civil construction field.
∎ Sound knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
∎ Record of successful completion of civil construction project.
∎ Should have computer skill on Microsoft Office, AutoCAD etc.
∎ Should have negotiation skill with the officials of different organization.
∎ Through knowledge about the tender procedure of govt./semi govt. civil construction project.
∎ Must have knowledge for submission of civil construction tender through E-tendering method.
∎ Retired Engineer from PWD, LGED and RHD may be given preference.
∎ Experience of working with foreign construction company and consultant may be considered as added advantage.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per experience.
