Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 14 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed Govt. approved university having at least 8(eight) years field experience in civil construction and related works as Project Engineer/Project Manager. The incumbent shall have the experience for construction of at least 12 (twelve) storied and 2 (two) basement construction & implementation of Residential Building.
∎ Diploma in civil engineering from a reputed Govt. owned Polytechnic Institute having at least 14 (fourteen) years field experience in civil construction and related work out of which 8 years as Deputy Project Engineer/Deputy Project Manager and 6(six) years as Project Engineer/Project Manager. The incumbent shall have the experience for construction of at least 12 (twelve) storied and 2 (two) basement construction & implementation of Residential Building.
∎ Skills: Proficiency in English & Bengali reading, writing and speaking with knowledge of formal correspondence both in English and Bengali language. Strong analytical skills; Ability to work under time line and pressure with courage; Proficiency in Computer literacy ( MS Word, Excel, Auto-CAD, ETABS & SAFE etc.); etc.
∎ Age: The age of the incumbent shall have to be less than 45 (forty five) years but age limit can be relaxed in case of outstanding candidates.

Salary:
∎ Salary Tk.55,000/- ----Tk.65,000/- ; one annual festival bonus equivalent to one month basic salary; annual increment @5% on basic salary; 15days leave pay and others as per norms of the Association. However for the outstanding candidates the salary package may be fixed through negotiation.
