Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Subject to employer’s job policy)
∎ Leave: Sundays + 24 holidays annually (Subject to employer’s job policy)
∎ Overtime: As per employer’s job policy
∎ Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable)
∎ Visa Type: Long-stay “D” Visa
∎ Visa Processing Time: Approximately 6 months
∎ Service Charge: Payable only after VISA
∎ Plan, supervise, and manage construction and civil infrastructure projects
∎ Conduct structural analysis, site inspections, and project evaluations
∎ Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
∎ Ensure compliance with Maltese/EU building codes, safety, and environmental regulations
∎ Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards
∎ Monitor costs, materials, and procurement processes
∎ Resolve engineering issues and implement project improvements
∎ Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders and management
∎ Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times
∎ Support project delivery from concept through execution and completion
